So again here's what I found to be the best way or easiest for me so far since I don't know much about web design or computer programing.

1.Create a strong catchy Domain Name for your website.  fair cost for Domain Name Is around $10.00

2.Build Your WebSite Watch Out This is where things can get tricky. Because when we pick a place to build our site we have to then know how to build it and publish it. Which brings WebHosting Into the picture. How much does the hosting cost? How long does it take to go public? How often does The host go down because of maintenance or malfunction ?

  That whole process is enough to discourage even the expert Web Master. So Once I was able find a system and start from an idea and see the completed website for myself as you will.
